Who I work with

I work with a wide range of people—from professional and recreational athletes to those simply looking to feel better in their day-to-day lives. Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or just wanting to move and function better, my goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment for everyone.

My approach to care

I believe in meeting patients where they are and tailoring treatment to their individual needs. I draw from a variety of massage techniques depending on patient preferences and orthopedic conditions, and I make an effort to collaborate with my fellow practitioners to ensure a well-rounded approach. By integrating massage, manual therapy, and exercise, my goal is to address the root cause of pain—not just the symptoms.

I am passionate about

  • Helping patients get back to the activities they love
  • Integrating strength and movement into treatment to support long-term results
  • Helping people build confidence and resilience when dealing with pain or injury
  • Introducing patients to the benefits of strength training in an approachable and supportive way
  • Educating patients about how their bodies move and function
  • Taking a well-rounded approach to treatment that goes beyond traditional massage

When I'm not in the clinic

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll probably find me spending time outside training my pup. Otherwise I’ll be hiking the mountains in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. When it’s time to wind down, I enjoy gaming or browsing Spotify in search of new music to add to my treatment room playlists.
