Who I work with
I work with anyone who is looking to improve their soft tissue health and to feel their best whether that be recovering from an injury, before or after a surgery, scar tissue work, chronic pain, general aches and pains, lymphatics and relaxation massage.
My approach to care
My practice emphasizes client autonomy, clear communication, and a safe, supportive environment. I work with an awareness that the body holds personal experiences, and I approach each session with care, respect, and attention to individual comfort and boundaries. I am a firm yet gentle Massage Therapist, meaning I aim to progressively work through tissue layers as a way to stay within client’s pressure tolerances.

Lymphatic drainage!! Ask me about it! Your lymphatic system is an amazing system that brings nutrients and takes toxins away from your cells. Supporting your lymphatic health can help to improve healing after an injury, offset delayed onset muscle soreness, improve recovery before and after a surgery, help to clear sinus issues, bruising, manage arthritic pain and more.

When I'm not in the clinic
I love spending time in the mountains, with friends or a pack of dogs. Currently my favourite activities are hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, cross country skiing, tending to my flower and veggie patch and hosting backyard BBQ’s.
