Who I work with
I enjoy working with all populations whether they are building strength and mobility for the first time, rehabilitating an injury, or navigating chronic pain.
I also have a special interest in working with athletes returning to sport and have personal experience and interest working with rock climbers, skiers, runners and mountain bikers prepare for an upcoming race season or return from an injury.
My approach to care
I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, involving patients in creating treatment plans that reflect their goals. I value unique experiences with pain, injury, and rehabilitation, and I provide a safe, empathetic environment rooted in active listening and compassion.
In session I combine ongoing assessment, manual therapy techniques, and individualized exercise programs supported by education for lasting progress.
I am passionate about
I am passionate about educating and motivating people about the benefits of getting moving!
When I'm not in the clinic
You can find me doing all activities outdoors, whether it is skiing, ski touring, mt biking, rock climbing, running or hiking. I also spend time volunteering at local climbing gyms setting routes, and coaching skiers and mountain bikers who are new to the sport.
