Who I work with
I work with a wide variety of patients, but I have a special interest in pelvic health conditions, knee and hip osteoarthritis, and rehabilitation through Pilates. I also enjoy working with runners, cyclists and golfers who want to stay active, recover from injury, or improve their performance.
My approach to care
My approach to care integrates education, manual therapy, and exercise therapy. I believe patients do best when they understand their condition and are actively involved in their recovery. My goal is to create treatment plans that are practical, evidence-based, and tailored to each person’s lifestyle and goals.
I am passionate about
I’m passionate about helping people feel their best through every stage of life. I particularly enjoy helping patients challenge common misconceptions around movement and injury.
For example, many people are surprised to learn that exercise during pregnancy can be very safe and beneficial, and that running can actually be protective for knee and hip joints when approached properly.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing patients reach goals they once thought were out of reach and building the confidence to move without fear.
When I'm not in the clinic
Outside the clinic, I spend a lot of time running or walking my dogs. In the summer, I enjoy biking and golfing. Whenever I can, I love travelling and spending time with close friends and family.
