Who I work with
I work with everyone! Huge passion for athletes but I love working with anyone who is dealing with a new injury, pain or coming out of surgery!
My approach to care
I put an emphasis on listening to you and coming up with a plan that works with your needs. I will always give some exercises to work on, but I might also provide some manual therapy or IMS Dry Needling.
I am passionate about
Sports! I love following hockey and soccer. I am also passionate about my kids and giving them fantastic opportunities.
When I'm not in the clinic
Hanging out with my kids, coaching my sons soccer team, at Red snowboarding, mountain biking, walking my pup, in the gym when time allows!
