What Is Concussion Rehab?
Concussion rehab is provided by a physiotherapist trained in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation.
We assess how your symptoms are affecting your balance, focus, vision, and tolerance to activity, then safely guide you step-by-step back to school, sport, work, and daily life.
Early Care Matters
Evidence shows that assessment within the first week after a concussion can significantly reduce the risk of developing long-term post-concussion symptoms and helps support faster return to normal activities.
If you suspect a concussion, booking an assessment sooner rather than waiting is strongly recommended.
