How It Works
We Start By Listening
First appointments are 60-minutes and begin with a conversation about how your body’s been feeling and what you’d like help with.
Your therapist will assess tension and movement to guide treatment.
We Tailor Your Massage
Your therapist will provide hands-on treatment using techniques suited to your goals.
Sports massage appointments may also include movement, stretching, or exercise during your session.
You Leave Feeling Better
If helpful, your therapist may recommend simple stretches, recovery exercises, or additional services at our clinic to help you maintain progress and keep you feeling good and moving well.
